What a fabulous weekend in northern Minnesota!  There is just something about sitting on the sand, in your over-priced swim suit, with your very own 1 year old boy...perhaps it's the way his tiny feet stand just where the water meets the sand...or maybe the way he finds ultimate enjoyment out of a shovel that cost under $1...there's just something irreplaceable about 4 generations finding the sun and shade in common for hours on end! 

After such peace, I find my brain FULL of ideas and new design concepts!  It's hard to put myself to bed with a full brain.  Pictured below is one new design and my first wristlet!  I am totally stoked about it; since I myself am starting to leave the diaper bag at home and need something a little more edgy.  The vintage calendars that create the shell are FABULOUS and nostalgic!

I have 1 SUPER EXCITING announcement!  Etsy has chosen me to be featured in a "quit your day job" segment.  They only chose me for that one because there ISN'T a segment titled "you and your husband quit your day jobs and one of you go back to school full time."  I am not sure of the exact date, but keep July open for staring at my article all day!  I will announce the date when I know more.

Amidst chaos, a house that won't sell and student loans that not even death can get you out of...there often comes a RED LETTER DAY.
